|Shipping And Handling UK ORDERS|
Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday. Standard Delivery orders are sent by Royal Mail within the UK and the local carrier of the destination country - this service cannot be tracked. There is fixed fee of £4.95 per order.
EU AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international deliveries we will advise shipping charges by e-mail and request acceptance of charges prior to processing the order.
Please note that if an item is unavailable we will advise as soon as possible.
However for orders outwith the UK we will contact you first to advise shipping charges - your order will not be despatched until you confirm acceptance of the charges.
Delivery shall be made to the delivery address supplied by you at the time of ordering. Any times quoted for delivery are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused. Risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to you at the time of delivery. Where an alternative delivery point is used according to instructions supplied by you at the time of ordering, ownership of the goods shall pass to you once the goods have been delivered, even if the goods have not been received by you in person.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Cancellation of orders will only be accepted if an email is received by Balmoral Estates within fourteen (14) working days from receipt of the goods. The email or written notice must contain your order number, name and address. Balmoral Estates will confirm any cancellation by email and will repay you within 30 days from receipt of your cancellation without any further charge to you except the direct cost of returning the goods.
The limit of our liability to you is the making up of any shortfall, replacement, refund of the price of the goods as provided for. We are not responsible to you to any greater extent and in particular we are not liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss (including without limitation financial loss such as loss of profit, or otherwise) which you may incur for whatever reason, as a consequence of our failure to comply with these terms and conditions. This term does not operate to exclude or limit our liability in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
